In real estate since June 1990, it has
been my pleasure to represent “buyers only” since 1998
in my own agency. I am an active member of both the
Polson and Lake County Community Development Boards, as
well as serving on the Montana Board of Realty
Regulation. Both of my sons are grown and live in Iowa
or Maryland. I’ve been married to Jim Willis, DDS, since
1967. When not throwing myself into real estate you can
find me gardening, hiking, reading mysteries, haunting
yard sales, or traveling.
We are glad to keep you informed ASAP when
properties that meet your description come on the MLS. Let us
know your wants, needs, and buying urgency as well as your
